A clear view of your business finances, without the enterprise software.

For owners of small businesses and studios who want to see cash flow, costs and commitments in one place, and make decisions with the numbers in front of them.

What gets in the way

  • Cash flow

Revenue looks fine on paper, but payroll and rent land before clients pay.

  • Expenses

Costs are logged by hand, late, in a spreadsheet only one person understands.

  • Reporting

Putting together a monthly summary takes a day you don’t have.

Financial visibility, not accounting

Summa helps you understand and plan your business finances. It does not keep your statutory books, file VAT or tax returns, run payroll or replace professional advice. Many owners use it alongside their accountant, sharing exported reports.

Who the Business plan is for

Sole traders, freelancers with a trade licence and small companies. Eligibility rules, the number of users and supported business banks will be confirmed at launch.

Supported banks and institutions: First Abu Dhabi Bank, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Emirates NBD, Dubai Islamic Bank, Mashreq, HSBC UAE

Questions people ask first

Is there a plan for small businesses?

Yes. The Business plan adds a business cash flow view, business expense categories and reports you can share with your accountant.

Can I keep personal and business finances separate?

Yes. You can mark accounts, income and expenses as personal or business and view each on its own or together.

Does it replace accounting or tax software?

No. Summa helps you see and plan your finances. It does not keep statutory accounts or file VAT or tax returns. You can export reports to share with your accountant.

Can I export my financial information?

Yes. Paid plans can export transactions and reports. Any account can request a copy of its data.

Can I connect my bank account?

Yes, if you bank with one of the seven supported UAE banks: First Abu Dhabi Bank, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Emirates NBD, Dubai Islamic Bank, Mashreq or HSBC UAE. Summa reads balances and transactions only after you give permission, and you can remove it at any time. Accounts at other banks can be added manually.
